Capture a little Christmas magic with a festive mini photoshoot at Serene Studio, Windsor! AVAILABLE DATES: 1st November 7th & 8th November 14th & 15th November 21st & 22nd November These relaxed, fun sessions are perfect for creating beautiful Christmas memories, gorgeous festive portraits and photos to share with family or use for Christmas cards and gifts. What’s included: -30-minute Christmas mini photoshoot in Windsor, Berkshire -Festive Christmas-themed set -4 x professionally edited digital images Want a few more favourites? Additional edited images will be available to purchase after your session, as well as prints for those who would like a physical keepsake. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. Come along in your favourite festive outfits and let’s create some Christmas magic! 🎅🎁✨ PAYMENTS: After booking you will receive an email with information on how to pay for your session.
Booking Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT Christmas Mini Sessions are £75, with full payment required within 48 hours of booking to secure your slot. We accept bank transfer, card, PayPal and Clearpay. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING As our Christmas Mini Sessions are limited, fixed-date bookings, the following policy applies: 7 days or more before your session: Cancel for a full refund. Less than 7 days before your session: Bookings are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations, subject to statutory rights. You may reschedule to another available Christmas Mini Session date or transfer your booking to a friend. All rescheduling is subject to availability. ILLNESS We understand that illness happens, especially with little ones! If you or your family are unwell, please contact us before your appointment. We can offer a studio credit for the full £75, valid for 12 months towards a future session. ARRIVALS & STUDIO INFO Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shorter session. Our Christmas set is ideal for up to 6 people, including adults and children. Pets are not permitted. You're welcome to arrive dressed in your Christmas outfits or change at the studio. Full directions, parking information and preparation tips will be sent after booking. Free on-site parking is available. YOUR IMAGES Your session includes 4 professionally edited digital images. An online proofing gallery will be sent within 24 hours of your session. Your chosen images will be edited and delivered within 7 working days of receiving your selection. ADDITIONAL PURCHASES: Additional edited digital image: £30 3 additional edited images: £75 5 additional edited images: £110 Fine Art Print (8" x 12"): £30 We understand that some clients may wish to acquire the unedited images from the session. While we always recommend purchasing professionally edited photographs to ensure the highest quality, and a finish that reflects the Serene Studio style, unedited images are available upon request at £15 per image. Please note that these images are considered unfinished work and will be supplied as JPEG files only. Original RAW files are not available for purchase. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS If Serene Studio needs to cancel your session, you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Thank you for understanding.
