How do we book?

Just get in touch via the contact form. I’ll first check availability for your date, and then we can chat through your event details and go through some coverage options. Once everything is clear and you’re happy to proceed, I’ll send over the booking information and request a 50% deposit to secure your date.

I'm always happy to arrange a video call to go through the finer details, put a face to the name, and answer any questions you might have, and if you ever need to talk things through, I’m always just a phone call away!

When should we book you?

Couples typically book as soon as they know their date and venue, and many 9 to 18 months in advance, especially for popular summer dates. If your date is important to you, getting in early gives you the best chance of securing it.

 

What happens if you can’t make our wedding?

I haven't missed one yet! While it’s extremely rare, I do have plans and contacts in place to cover unexpected emergencies so you’re never left without coverage. You’ll always have options and clear communication if anything changes.

How long will you stay on the day?

Each package states the hours included. ​If you need a little extra time on the day we can always discuss an extension. I only take one wedding a day to allow maximum flexibility.

 

How many photos will we receive?

The number of images varies naturally depending on how long I’m with you, the flow of the day, and the size of your wedding. For more intimate weddings with smaller guest lists, there are naturally fewer moments happening, which can affect the final image count.

As a general guideline, you can expect a minimum of around 50 fully edited images per hour of coverage. This is not capped, so you will receive every usable, carefully edited image from your day, ensuring your gallery reflects the full story exactly as it unfolded.

When will we get our photos?

I aim to deliver your final gallery within a timeframe that feels fair and thorough, and usually within a few weeks of your wedding day. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on the season, but we will discuss this at the time of booking. You will receive a link to an online gallery which can easily be shared with family and friends, with images available to download in both web size and high resolution.

Please note: I do not share RAW files. Firstly, they’re huge! And secondly, and most importantly, they don’t carry the artistic enhancements that the edited files do.

Can we see a client wedding gallery before we book?

Absolutely. I’m happy to share client galleries that reflect the type of coverage you’re considering, whether that’s ceremony-only, half-day, or full-day coverage. This gives you a clear idea of how your images will be delivered and how I tell the story of your wedding from start to finish.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! I’m based in the UK and available for weddings across the UK and beyond - just let me know where you’re planning to celebrate and I’ll clearly outline any travel costs upfront.

Do we need to feed you on the wedding day?

No, there’s no need at all. Whilst the gesture is appreciated, I’ll always make my own arrangements and will take the opportunity to quickly refuel at an appropriate time, usually while guests are eating and there are no photos needed. Please don’t worry about this!

Do you carry backup equipment?

Yes - I always bring professional gear and backups to every wedding. This means if anything unexpected happens with equipment, your coverage continues smoothly without impacting your day.
 

Do you offer printing services?
I do indeed! If you're interested in a physical keepsake, I offer beautiful Fine Art prints and personalised wedding albums. Feel free to get in touch at any point to discuss options.
